Islamabad (August 31, 2019) India has agreed that the solution to the problems is to be negotiated. Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi says Pakistan has no objection to talks with India.
He never denied talks with Pakistan. He said India should remove curfew and release Kashmiris. If I am allowed to meet Kashmir leadership, talks can take place. People came out – Prime Minister Imran Khan was present in the Prime Minister’s Secretariat.
There were other government representatives along with the Prime Minister.
Speaking on the occasion, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that Kashmiris will stand with them till independence is achieved. Today we are all standing with Kashmiris Kashmiris are going through a very difficult time. The purpose of today is to tell Kashmiris that we stand with you. We are in pain and suffering of Kashmiris. Today the message will be conveyed to the world that the Pakistani nation will remain with Kashmir till its independence.
Until Kashmir is free, I will fight for the freedom of Kashmiris at every forum. I will also raise the issue in the UN General Assembly. I want to tell Modi that if any action was taken in Azad Kashmir, we would answer your brick with stones.
Our army is ready. Prime Minister Imran Khan further said that I have told the world leaders that if things do not go right now, it will go a long way. Sadly if the Muslims are oppressed, the world remains silent. He said that Modi’s arrogance will get in the dust. The Prime Minister added that what Modi has done in his arrogance has played the last address that Kashmir will be liberated after that. But Pakistan has offered several talks to India.
